1. Website Purpose
This website provides information, enquiry forms, budget estimates, event planning guidance and facilitation support for GI.EVENTS by Gesture India Events.
Gesture India Events is an event facilitation, planning and coordination company. Event services are delivered by independent vendors and service providers; GI.EVENTS facilitates and plans each event and coordinates between clients and those providers, unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
2. Estimates Are Indicative
Budget estimates, package references and planning suggestions are indicative only. Final pricing depends on date, city, guest count, venue, vendor availability, seasonal demand, selected services and written confirmation.
3. No Automatic Booking
Submitting an enquiry, saving an estimate or downloading a report does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance, payment where applicable, and mutually agreed terms.
4. Third-Party Providers
GI.EVENTS may facilitate access to external vendors, shopping platforms, travel providers, hotels, transport providers and other service providers. Such providers remain independent third parties unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
5. Affiliate and External Links
Some shopping links may be affiliate or external links. They are provided for convenience. External websites are responsible for their own products, prices, delivery, refunds, policies and user experience.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, avoid misuse of forms or systems, and independently review final quotations, vendor terms, travel terms and payment conditions before confirming any service.
7. Privacy
Use of personal information submitted through this website is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Alcohol & Event Compliance
