People and responsibilities

Our Team

GI.EVENTS is being built by people working across vision, planning, technology, partnerships, customer assistance and local execution.

This page reflects the organisation truthfully as it develops. Public profiles will be added only when names, roles, biographies and publication permissions are approved.

Founder and vision

A personal experience became a wider purpose

GI.EVENTS began with a father trying to plan his daughter’s birthdays with love, clarity and responsible use of the resources available to him. The experience revealed how difficult it can be to understand the complete event when every requirement is handled separately.

The platform is being shaped around that human need: understand the occasion first, then bring suitable planning, people and support around it.

How the work is organised

Functional areas supporting the platform

These are areas of responsibility, not claims that each function already has a large or separately staffed team.

01

Vision, Planning & Coordination

Understanding the purpose of an occasion, translating requirements into a practical direction and keeping related decisions connected.

02

Technology & Product

Developing planning tools and systems that may improve structure, continuity and customer understanding without replacing human judgement.

03

Vendor & Ecosystem Relations

Building responsible relationships with service providers, venues, specialists and wider support networks as review processes mature.

04

Customer Assistance

Helping customers clarify priorities, move through the planning journey and reach the appropriate human support when needed.

05

City, Local & Specialist Support

Understanding location-specific realities and involving cultural, religious or operational specialists where the occasion requires them.

06

Communication

Presenting the platform, its current capabilities and its future direction accurately, without unsupported claims or invented proof.

People before profiles

Public team information should be real

GI.EVENTS does not use anonymous stock portraits, invented biographies or inflated job titles to make the organisation appear larger than it is. As real profiles are approved, this page can grow with the people actually responsible for the work.
