Vendor Collection
Caterers, Guest Transport & Honeymoon Travel in India
Plan how guests are fed, moved and looked after: what to ask caterers, transport providers, venues and honeymoon travel planners, and the rules to check.
Food, Travel & Guest Care in brief
Food, guest transport, stays and the couple's travel. This collection covers 7 vendor categories: Caterers, Wedding Cakes, Sweets & Mithai, Wedding Cars, Venues, Party Places and Honeymoon. These are planning categories, not vendor listings. GI.EVENTS facilitates events throughout India, subject to verification of local capacity, and every booking is confirmed with you first.
About this collection
Guests remember being well fed, collected on time and looked after, and the couple remembers the trip that follows. This collection gathers the categories that care for people rather than the stage: caterers, guest transport, the venue's rooms and services, and honeymoon travel. GI.EVENTS helps you request options through one brief and confirms availability and prices with you before anything is booked.

Planning across these categories
- Share guest numbers per meal and per transfer, not one total for the whole event.
- List elders, children and guests with mobility or dietary needs early.
- Keep one contact sheet for drivers, caterers and the venue team.

Common questions
What should we check with a caterer before booking?
Ask for the FSSAI registration or licence number, a tasting, the staffing plan and the serveware they use in place of banned single-use plastic. Confirm everything on the quotation.
Does GI.EVENTS arrange alcohol with catering?
Not in Bihar, and in Gujarat only where the law and verified permits expressly allow. Elsewhere any bar service follows the law, the venue's licence and our alcohol policy, and mocktails are always an option.
