Vendor Collection
DJs, Live Music, Choreographers & Entertainers in India
Plan music, dance and entertainment for a sangeet, reception or corporate evening: what to ask DJs, bands, choreographers and performers, and the noise rules.
Music, Dance & Entertainment in brief
DJs, live music, sangeet choreography and performers. This collection covers 7 vendor categories: DJs, Wedding Music & Bands, Choreographers, Entertainers, Photobooths, Special Effects and Baraat. These are planning categories, not vendor listings. GI.EVENTS facilitates events throughout India, subject to verification of local capacity, and every booking is confirmed with you first.
About this collection
Music and performance set the energy of an evening, and they need the most coordination: rehearsals, sound checks, stage space and the venue's music timings. This collection gathers the categories that share a stage, and the photobooth that keeps guests busy between performances, so you can plan them as one programme. GI.EVENTS helps you request options through one brief and confirms fees and availability directly.

Common questions
How late can music play at an event?
It depends on the venue and the place. Under the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000, loudspeakers are generally not used between 10 pm and 6 am except in closed premises, and venues set their own limits. Check both before you plan the evening.
Can one team handle the DJ, dances and anchoring?
Sometimes, but often these are different people. What matters is one shared running order and one sound set-up, which GI.EVENTS can help you coordinate.
