What samagri is needed for Griha Pravesh?
Usually a kalash with mango leaves and a coconut, a havan kund and havan samagri, flowers, a toran for the door, milk for boiling in the new kitchen, and sweets for prasad. Your pandit will give the complete list.
Should the house be ready before Griha Pravesh?
Yes. Water, electricity and basic furniture should be in place and the house cleaned before the muhurat.
