Register Your Event Business

Share your business information and our team will contact you about the next step. Submitting details does not create a listing or commercial relationship.

Senior citizens come first. If you are 60 or above, call us on +91 90605 45606 or message us on WhatsApp. Our team will guide you through each step at your pace and can take your details over the phone.

Who this page is for

Every Indian celebration needs many hands, and not all of them fit a neat category: the generator and power backup supplier, the crockery and utensil rental shop, the security and parking team, the sanitation crew, the wheelchair and mobility helper for elderly guests, the sign maker and the local guide who helps guests find their way around town. If one of the category pages at the bottom of this page fits your trade, use it, as it asks the questions for your work. This page is for everyone else, and for businesses that do several things at once. Small family businesses and one-person trades are as welcome as large firms.

How we work with vendors on an event

GI.EVENTS plans events throughout India. When a family or company plans an event with us, they choose the options and decide what to spend. Our team then looks for vendors who suit the place, the date and the budget, starting with those based nearby. We share the brief in writing and agree the work and the price with you before the date, and our GI Concierge team is on the ground on the day to coordinate timings between you and the other vendors. You keep your own prices and decide which enquiries to take.

What helps your application

Clear details save time on both sides: the places you really work in, how far you travel, what a typical job includes, and links to photos or videos from real events. If you run a business your parents or grandparents started, tell us its story in the notes, along with anything you do especially well, such as late-night set-ups or working in narrow lanes and old havelis.

Can I register from any city in India?

Yes. Vendors from anywhere in India can apply. Tell us where your business is based and the cities you serve.

Does registering list my business on the website?

No. Applying does not create a public listing, verification or partnership. Our team reviews each application, may ask for business, pricing and document details, and any working relationship needs separate approval and agreement. Registering does not promise enquiries or bookings.

Now open for approved vendors and venues

Your Vendor Dashboard. Sign in with a link we email you, with no password, to see where your registration stands, your listing terms and your profile page. Next we are adding the tasks our team gives you for each event booked through us, and a place to manage your own projects outside GI.EVENTS, where we plan to keep records of up to 20 of these outside events free as a joining benefit.
Post your vacancies on Event Industry Jobs. Need a banquet captain for the wedding season, or a lighting technician for two event dates? Post jobs and paid event assignments through a private link: write to vendors@gestureindia.in and we email it to you. Our team checks each vacancy before it goes live, and each listing names your business as the employer.

Both open once our team has reviewed your registration. Features and terms may change as each one grows, and neither promises enquiries or bookings. Vendor Dashboard sign-in · Event Industry Jobs
