Yes. Small travel agencies and independent tour planners with a PAN can apply, and no GST number is needed to apply. Most service providers do not need GST registration until their yearly turnover across India goes above Rs 20 lakh (Rs 10 lakh in Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura); some cases need registration sooner. During review our team may ask for your GSTIN, Udyam number or PAN.
Yes. Quote per person, per couple or per group for your own packages, say clearly what is included, such as stay, meals, transfers and sightseeing, and decide which enquiries to accept.
Yes. If your agency is approved by the Ministry of Tourism or registered with a state tourism department, say so. For places that need an Inner Line Permit, such as Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram and Manipur, say whether you help travellers apply.
