Registering with GI.EVENTS lets our team know your property is there when a family near you is counting rooms.
Families ask how many rooms you can hold on their dates and until when, whether elders can have ground-floor rooms or a lift, and whether guests arriving on overnight trains can check in early. They want to know which meals are included, whether there is a quiet space where the family can sit together, and how cancellation works if numbers change. Telling us these in the form helps our team suggest your property for the right event.

No. Applying does not create a public listing, verification or partnership. Our team reviews each application, may ask for business, pricing and document details, and any working relationship needs separate approval and agreement. Registering does not promise enquiries or bookings.

Yes. Guest houses, homestays, lodges, dharamshalas, sarais and community guest houses with rooms for guests can apply, as well as hotels and resorts. Tell us how many rooms you have and whether you are registered with your state tourism department or under its homestay scheme.
Yes. Homestays and small guest houses with a PAN can apply, and no GST number is needed to apply. Most service providers do not need GST registration until their yearly turnover across India goes above Rs 20 lakh (Rs 10 lakh in Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura); some cases need registration sooner. During review our team may ask for your GSTIN, Udyam number or PAN.
Yes. Quote your own rates for the dates asked, say what is included, such as breakfast or extra beds, and decide which enquiries to accept. The rates and the date by which unused rooms are released are agreed with you in writing.
On events we plan, our GI Concierge team shares the rooming list, arrival times and any special needs, such as elders or guests on a special diet, in advance, and stays in touch with your front desk during the stay.
