Yes. Freelance planners and event coordinators with a PAN can apply, and no GST number is needed to apply. Most service providers do not need GST registration until their yearly turnover across India goes above Rs 20 lakh (Rs 10 lakh in Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura); some cases need registration sooner. During review our team may ask for your GSTIN, Udyam number or PAN.
