A wedding in a family's own city still means moving relatives from the station, between homes, hotels and the venue, and back again late at night. A destination wedding means the same for guests who do not know the roads, often in groups of thirty or forty arriving on one train. Buses, mini coaches and tempo travellers hired out for events run as contract carriages, so each needs transport registration, a contract carriage or tourist permit, a valid fitness certificate, commercial insurance, a PUC certificate and a driver licensed for that class of vehicle. For journeys across states, a vehicle can carry an All India Tourist Permit or a temporary permit for each state. Our team asks for these papers during review.
Yes. If you hire out a caravan or motorhome, tell us how many people it seats and sleeps, what it has on board and the states you drive in. A caravan hired out for payment needs transport registration and a permit, and several states with a caravan tourism policy also ask operators to register with the state tourism department. Tell us which registrations you hold.
Yes. Quote per day, per kilometre or per trip, say whether tolls, state taxes, parking and the driver's night allowance are included, and decide which enquiries to accept.
