Hosts often look for a place close to home, easy for elders to reach, with food their guests already know and like. A party place that can arrange the decorations, the cake table and the music in one booking takes the planning off the host.

What hosts ask a party place

Hosts ask how many guests the space seats comfortably, whether the menu is fixed or can be chosen, and whether they may bring their own cake or decorator. They ask whether there is a lift or a ramp for elders, parking nearby, and a corner where small children can play safely.
